Lori Melchiorre is a Senior Account Executive for Comcast Spotlight, the local cable advertising division of Comcast. Her job starts by interviewing the business owner or person whose responsibility includes telling their organization’s story to their prospective customers or clients. Using the information gained from the interview along with the most accurate research applied, she can then strategically direct their video ads to reach their target prospects, producing the most effective and efficient results – more customers.

Her professional background includes business development director for a boutique creative firm as well as sales and marketing for a commercial photographic lab. She has been working in the marketing and advertising profession for nearly 25 years.

She has been a practitioner of mindfulness-based activities for over 15 years and is currently on a new, “old” path she started many years ago completing yoga teacher training.

Denina has a passion for her work and brings warmth and energy to her interactions with others. She is light-hearted in her approach, which makes mindfulness accessible to everyone. Michael Czerniewski

Michael Czerniewski has had a 20 year career in the printing and promotional products industry. His interest in this industry started just a couple of years out of high school. Michael’s first job was with a company, ProCopy Inc, in Moon Township. After only one year he became assistant manager and after three years became general manager. He continues his friendship with the owner of ProCopy to this day.

After ProCopy, Michael started his first company, MTC Printing Services. He operated this company successfully for two years until it was acquired by another firm. While at the acquiring company, Mike was tasked with being the sales manager as well as a sales person. He was responsible for growing the company’s revenues from $200,000.00 to $1,200,000.00 in just three years. As successful as that experience was, Michael had a desire to own his own business again. After five years he went out on his own and started Titan Printing Company.

After a couple years of successfully operating Titan Printing, Michael was once again approached for a merger. The merger was successful. Michael went to work with Multiscope, Inc. He was a salesperson there for three years.

In 2010 Multiscope was acquired by another company. It was at that time Michael approached the owner of Multi Print Media for a position. The rest is, as they say, history. Michael has been the VP of Sales with Multi Print Media since 2011.

Michael also is the current President of the BNI Business Nexus Chapter. He has been a member with that chapter for three years. In that time, in addition to his role as President, he has held the positions of Membership committee, Educational Coordinator and Vice President.

Personally, Michael has a full and rewarding life. He has the opportunity to coach both of his daughters, Brooke (14) and Raegan (11), in softball. He attends his daughter’s cheerleading weekly during the fall months. Michael enjoys running, hiking, camping, fishing and hunting. He is always up for a home project, even if it’s something he has no idea how to do.

Michael’s goals professionally are to promote and grow his company. Personally, his goals are to spend as much time with his daughters as possible and help to them grow into young ladies.

She has held senior financial management positions with companies in construction, manufacturing, engineering, and sales & service industries.

Cherie volunteered for various athletic associations and was very active serving her church as treasurer, plays in the bell choir and sings in the choir. She has also served as an Elder, Deacon, and Sunday school teacher. Cherie lives in Houston PA with her husband Marty and their two cocker spaniels, Gibbs and Abby. She has two adult sons and has recently welcomed a daughter-in-law to the family.
